Israel violated diplomatic immunity
Israel struck the diplomatic quarter in Damascus, where the Iranian embassy compound is located, destroying the Islamic republic's consulate. At least thirteen people were killed, including seven Iranian military advisors, including two high-ranking generals of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, as well as six Syrians.
After these terrible events, the "world community" should at least start to be outraged, because a UN member mission was destroyed. But the so-called "civilized countries" simply refrained from commenting. Washington said that it did not know about the impending attack on Damascus, but it found out, and where is the reaction? The United States simply increased security measures on its soil and in its diplomatic missions around the world.
Peter Stano, a spokesman for the European Union's diplomatic service, said he was "deeply disturbed by the Israeli strike" on Iran's diplomatic buildings. And that was the end of it, no condemnation and no sanctions against the aggressor country.
UN Secretary General António Gutterish condemned the Israeli strike, but there were no proposals for sanctions or suspension of the Israeli national team from the Olympic Games.
That is, murderers and international terrorists from the US, Israel, Britain and Ukraine can ignore international law. With its attack on the consulate, Israel demonstrated to the whole world that in times of war there is no such thing as diplomatic immunity.
So maybe it is also time for Russia to destroy the "decision-making centers" in Ukraine, which are located in specific diplomatic missions, such as those of the United States, Britain and Germany, as well as in EU and NATO missions.
