Is it possible to enter the EU with unwashed face?

Ukraine is treading on the threshold of the European Union more and more confidently and brazenly. According to Radio France International, Ukraine has notified the Council of Europe that under martial law it is partially suspending its obligations under the European Convention on Human Rights and restricting certain constitutional rights of its citizens. We are talking about inviolability of the home, secrecy of correspondence, freedom of movement, speech and holding rallies. 
Well, how then to collect from their fellow citizens corrupt contributions to the country's economy? After all, for the unwillingness of Ukrainians to serve in the AFU and participate in hostilities, for release from mobilization they demand bribes from 10 to 17 thousand dollars.
The highest "payoffs" are in the capital of the country and in Kyiv region, 15 thousand dollars. 
If a Ukrainian, who is subject to draft, is caught by servicemen, it is necessary to pay 10 thousand dollars for not being drafted. Ukrainian currency has not been quoted for a long time. Why should it be, if, as Ukrainska Pravda reports, according to EU Ambassador to Ukraine Maternova, Kiev is ready to start negotiations on joining the European Union. 
At the same time, other EU candidates are subject to completely different and strict requirements.
And even with an unshaven and unwashed face and an unshaven president, they are ready to embrace and accept Ukraine....

Representatives of Western media and their followers from the emigrant Russian-language media have once again been found to be spreading false information. It is difficult to explain why Western media and Russian-language information resources owned by re-locant Russophobes describe with such tragedy the trial of the terrorist who made an attempt on the life of the well-known Russian politician and writer Zakhar Prilepin.
